Booking Form
Before booking a trip, please make sure you've read through the website content and FAQ. If you still have questions, contact us. Feel free to request a quote using the booking form and add any additional information that applies to your custom trip.
Q: I dont have a group but want to join a trip, what do I do?
A: Look for a pre-organized trip or fill out the booking form as an individual and we'll try to fit you with other 'stragglers' or into a group that needs to fill seats.
The fine points of booking a trip:

Unless otherwise stated, trips are priced per-person based on a full group of 6
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
A deposit of 20% of package total will be required at time of booking (trip is not confirmed until the Deposit is paid)
Deposits are non-refundable post 24-hours
Full payment required as early 3 months (90 days) prior to trip
All bookings are subject to an 5% GST tax
Credit card payments may be subject to an additional 2.9% fee
Location choice is subject to forecast and avalanche hazard
You will be asked to sign an ACMG Waiver
You will be asked to fill out a Medical Form
We highly recommend you purchase personal insurance both medically and for trip cancelling. Contact us if you have any questions about this.
